This is exactly what Real Social Dynamics teaches. On one level you can understand it, but on another level you unconsciously internalize it. It does take time, and I am currently in the process of learning to “not give a damn what anyone thinks of me.”

Be the man (or woman!) you are meant to be.

Excellent blog post. I have started at the beginning of your blog and read every post, but this one sucked me in and hit home. All of your posts have been great (obviously, I read one every day), but this post resonates with me on a deep level.
