Be grateful for who you are and what you have. Don't compare yourself to others and you will feel confident most of your life.

Thank's for a great post

I love what I read. Ideas were wonderfuly presented. Thank you. You know, it makes sense and that is noticable in our daily life. Some times you try to recall situations you were at high confidence. What makes our confidence level drops is the frequent hits we receive. I,myself, being in a certain relation that draws my energy to show/ maintain confidence all time or when needed. I'd been suffering from that for 7 years> But no more. Now I am more in control. I remember once I gain a very very high level of confidence that I will retain. During that period I was a different person. I felt those changes in me. In my appearance, voice, speaking, attitude, thoughts, decisions making, peace and energy. WOW, those days are really remarkable in my life. I learned alot of things that I usually retract to do. Meetig people I used to meet with shyness and low self esteem. The experience of those and bringing the feeling send a great feelings of happiness, relaxation, and make me smile. In general I consider my self a shy person and put bigh weight on other's opinion sometimes. I understand that these unpleasant feelings come out because of some of the habits and traditions that I think am supposed to behave with and as getting older find it difficult to gain those. I will overcome all of this and find the way to handle it and cross the line with no coming back. Thank you for giving me the chance to put my comments. And I apologise for any mistakes, improper order or any thing else. I just write forward what come into my mind. I wanted to write more, but don't want to bore you. Thanks for all who read. God bliss you.

This didn't click with me until I watched the Blueprint Decoded...for the 3rd time lol. Man I didn't realize how easy it is to rely on situational confidence until I started going out alone! Great write up. You are very articulate, and I love your writing style.

Love it!

Maybe because you worry about them judging you or rejecting you? Don't put other people on a pedestal unless you're on one as well
