Before You Move Along
Stop, look, and listen. That’s what we’re taught to do when we’re about to cross the street when we were kids. Sometimes, it’s also what we need to do when we’re about to do a similar thing in life – make a decision that will bring us to the other side and move on in our journey. It doesn’t necessarily mean taking a whole weekend of travel or retreat. It can be doing a simple relaxing activity or just finding a literally quiet spot at home. For instance, I can clear my mind or get new ideas (whichever I need) by reading a good book.
